Website for a charitable organization as well as a chatbot for automating organizational processes
The main goal of the website is to provide all relevant information about the activities of the NGO "Volunteers Support Ukraine", raise funds for active projects, and report on the work done. Additionally, visitors can familiarize themselves with the team and partners of the organization on the website.
But the most interesting part happens behind the scenes. Using the Laravel Nova administrative panel as a base, we have configured convenient and intuitive processes for managing content, handling permissions and user interactions with the chatbot, setting up newsletters for subscribers and bot users, maintaining documentation, and generating reports for governmental bodies.
The chatbot for process automation requires separate attention. Based on the ThreadFlow chatbot framework, we have automated both internal and external processes within the organization. Users can quickly ask any questions, access details and current projects, as well as submit requests for humanitarian aid. Volunteers can efficiently handle internal inquiries, receive notifications about current tasks, conduct polls, and much more. The flexible ThreadFlow platform enables access to the organization's chatbot across various messengers such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and others.
